Straight Up Shipping

We move fast — but good things still take time.

All Wolfe & Riff orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

UK: 2–5 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can happen, but we’ll always do our part to keep things moving.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside the UK), your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

These charges are not included in your order total
They are set by your country’s customs authority
The customer is responsible for paying them

We know — not ideal, but it’s out of our hands. We aim to avoid this and it will be clear if additional import duties are to be paid by you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, get in touch and we’ll sort it.

Delays & Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Incorrect Addresses

Make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We can’t guarantee changes once an order is processed, and we’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability. If that happens, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.
